This privacy policy applies to the use of Lo2 (stress checker) and Lo2 for Polar made by Measuring & Computing. These are to evaluate the degree of stress by measuring HRV from heart rate variability. 

 

Information Collected by the Application. 

It calculates and collects the user's heart rate and HRV from it. For users who wish to customize, we will retain the stress test results at the time the data was collected. Also, if you have entered your age and gender, it will be retained. These data are kept only for those who wish to customize them when registering an account. In your account settings, your email address will be your ID, and it will be collected together with any password. Heart rate, HRV, and stress test results are not linked to accounts and are collected in a form that does not identify individuals and are used for product improvement purposes. 

 

Automatic data collection

In cooperation with analytics companies, it is used to analyze how the application is used in a way that does not identify the individual user, such as usage frequency, usage period, user's device type and OS. I use google analytics for now.

You may request an opt-out via email at dzf04464@measuringcomputing.com.co.

User-provided data is retained while using the application and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you would like us to delete any User Provided Data that you have provided through the Application, please contact us at dzf04464@measuringcomputing.com.co. We will respond to information related to users within an appropriate time.

Use of information collected through the App is restricted to authorized employees and contractors who have a need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve the Application. While we strive to manage the information we collect securely, please understand that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of information as described and amended in this Privacy Policy. "Processing" means using information in any way, including collection, storage, deletion, use, combination and disclosure of information.
